20/10/2009 3:39 am Hi, I get to know about Melinsung Summerbay Resort through my sister. She’s very keen to get a unit there and she’s asked me to get a unit too.

As I currently live in Singapore (don’t know for so long), I will not be able to make use of the property if I buy one there. What’s the possibility to rent it out? Is it hard to find tenants? When was Melinsung Summerbay Resort built? Does the building look decent?
