Pudding’s monologue: “As the number of diseases increase over the years, I need a specialized care at least once in my lifetime. When are you gonna get me a health and accident insurance?”
Hello you two.. anyone … ?
Darn it .. seems like our home carbon footprint is 38 ton!
I was just doing some simple calculations of the electricity consumption at home.. being curious, I equated the expected kWh usage to the amount of coal that needed to be dug out in order to produce a kWh.
Ok.. after puting some heat value efficiency on coal and power plant conversion; it appeared to me that we release a whopping 37.5 ton of carbon dioxide annually? Wowww — this is however, lower than the industrialized countries average of 80 ton (3 person household); yet higher than the world average of 17 ton (3 person household).
Googling, if we were indeed releasing that huge amount of greenhouse gas, we would need to plant at least 62 trees per person in this topical area of Sabah; just to balance out what we have created … and that is excluding the cars, that C3/C4 in cooking gas, cooking oil, meats, petrol and so on.
Ouch, a painful reminder. We can do better.
What stuffs do you have on your refrigerators? Some could be useful, some could just be any geeky stuffs!
We do have ours list below. All these have been sticking on the freezer for a long time, just that we didnt really pay any attention to them all these while. Some of them are:
and of course, the best of all, is the gatekeeper Barong lion magnetic wooden mask shown in the photo.
This is the 2nd event after a hugely successful fiesta when it was first introduced last year. We were told that more than 60 hot air balloons were supposed to be participating this time around, yet only 23 were accepted due to the limited space in the fiesta area. Nonetheless, because of the rarity of hot air balloons flying in our country, the organizer is expecting more than 200,000 crowds flooding the area.
Well, we hope to see this continuing to be an annual event; needs more space for the launch sites tho’ and hopefully more balloons and blue sky in future!
Note to self: wake up at 6am tmrw for hot air balloon ride!
Bask in the glories of nature within the comforts of your own home. Garden Residence offers residents the opportunity to enjoy that, with its luxurious homes set in a tranquil and serene resort-style setting .. well, at least that’s what was read in one of the property reviewers journal.
Lets hope that the Garden Residence will be true to its contemporary yet resort lifestyle concept with green lungs and lush walkways. We had a self-guided tour of the development area over the weekend — and the verdict so far is extremely good; also noticed that the residence area will be very close to main access highways and communal amenities include The Street Mall in Cyberjaya, Alamanda Putrajaya, IOI Mall Puchong, Giant Puchong, Jusco in Equine Park Seri Kembangan, Pasar Borong Selangor; and the upcoming The Atmosphere in Seri Kembangan.

July 1st 2008. Yes, it has been 2 years already since our wedding vows — time really flies when you are having fun.
Got some flowers and we stayed at home, just the two of us. All things are continuing to be absolutely great.
We managed to take some photos of our 2nd anniversary flowers: HERE

Of course, I made sure that the permanent marker is non-toxic and xylene-free; be safe!
Xylene when inhaled can seriously affect the central nervous system, increase liver enzymes, and irritate eyes/nose/throat. Other effects of Xylene exposure can include: headaches, light headedness, loss of co-ordination and loss of consciousness. So sniff responsibly to your own body :-)
Kopisanangan.
I’ll resort to fast food, the money was just drained out even faster!
Yes — it’s time to pay your taxes. The closing date of April 30th is drawing closer. So if you have not submitted your tax form (Borang BE) or have yet to do it online at IRB website, do it :-)
Boredworkers did some extended articles on how to be good citizen and pay your taxes.

The giant & fierce honey bees are outside our bathroom! This photo was taken right from the window on top of the bathtub! We noticed that their vertical honeycombs are already visible — meaning, they have colonized this wall for quite sometimes.
We will leave them untouched — hopefully they dont bite us, the strangers.
The bedroom door was left open.
It was at about noon when we realized that muffin is nowhere to be found — we had lost her! She does this sometimes especially when we keep the door to the backyard opened but then she would just come back at around noon after she’s done with wandering around — or when the sun gets too hot for muffin to stay comfy ourdoor.. and now we couldnt find her!
Then we heard this very faint meows coming from the bedroom. We looked around the room, under the bed, in the bathroom, inside the tub, on the dressing table, among the pile of toys, inside the tall cabinet .. and yet we still could not find her.
And there was again this faint meow coming from inside the towel cabinet — that was a suprising find. We were thinking how could it be possible that she’s inside the drawer? AND YES – when we opened the drawer, she was in there! Looking scared and tired.
Hahaha we started laughing and could not find good ways of how she could end up inside the drawer and closed the drawer lid by herself? How could that be? Did she just jump in there so hard that she slide the drawer to automatically close? That’s possible, it has to be!
Wow.. this is just a strange experience for us and for muffin too.
Anyway, we are glad that we found her.. we are not sure how long she was trapped in there.
Kesian lah si muffin.
