Our beachfront house is for sale.

We have decided to sell our beachfront home in Melinsung Summerbay Resort, 25 minutes south of Kota Kinabalu International Airport.
We are looking for realtor(s) to manage the sale process; especially when we are living 2000km away in Cyberjaya. Would we able to do this without going back and forth to KK? Lets hope so.

@kadusmama: market rate sia rasa dalam rm290k sana. Mo tunggu realtor kasi valuation tapi should be in this range, esp with the location and brand new high quality furnitures.
Alaa.. sayang oh ni rumah, the kids inda mo pulang to KK the last time we went there.. i tot u want to keep the house for ” persidangan main kua” whenever u back to KK? Huiyoo.. to those beach lover, memang inda rugi dapat ni rumah… if only i got extra money… sayang seribu kali sayang..
