mobilephotos @new year 2007

Happy new year 2007! Btw, that’s the 2006 xmas tree .. (whats left of it) and no more gifts and those colorful boxes underneath).

This would be our first mobilephoto for this site — our attempt to share the basic things in life: sharing.

Welcome to mobilephotos; our virtual village on the net where you can view sets of photos taken recently with our mobile phones and digital cameras during travels.

We are two Kadazandusuns currently living in Cyberjaya. While we do this as a hobby, we strongly believe that to be able to document things in life is very important. And one way we can do that is through pictures. Being able to capture them means we are able to show them to you and in a quite fast manner too, if not almost in real time using mobile photo posting.

Zeno is using dopod 838pro on maxis network, and Sarah (aka ED) is using nokia n95 (yes, we love this 5mp mobile camera!) also on maxis.

Other than mobilephotos, we try to take beautiful photos driven by our interest in and love of people, animals, culture, places and the natural world .. and just the simple things in our daily life. For us, camera is a creative tool to communicate to others what excite us.

We are using canon 350d digital slr camera, canon ixy750 compact camera and also canon powershot g9 (yes, all canon!) … and some low-ends lens for beginners.

We are also using this to learn more about photography and we would certainly be thrilled to get any feedback and suggestion from you especially on this subject.

We certainly enjoy sharing these experience and learnings, and we do hope that you will too.
